Last week was a doosey.
But the good news is that I have lots to share...starting with a Girls Night Out event from the beginning of the week.
It's so secret that I love a party, and my favorite parties are at someone's home.
I'm blessed to be part of a group of ladies that meets every month at a different person's home. On Tuesday my ever-talented neighbor, Kathryn, and her co-host, Chelsie, hosted a Girl's Night Out at Kathryn's home.

They served up a build-your-own salad bar featuring homemade guacamole with grilled vegetables, and grilled chicken and carne asada. Yum!
Their fresh raspberry punch was a hit and Kathryn baked her famous peanut butter & Reese's peanut butter cup cookies.
Parties are all about good food and good company.
These Girl's Night Out are a rare opportunity to get away from all our responsibilities for a few hours and really re-connect with each other.
As women we need that connection.
