For some reason, Ethan really enjoys camping.
He has been begging David to take him, and the other weekend he got his wish.
David and Ethan went with Stuart and Gavin Lamb to Duck Creek for an overnighter (which we hope counts towards the boys' Tenderfoot Scouting advancement).
Gavin taught Ethan about archery and now Ethan's Christmas list has "a new bow" at the top.
They cooked their tin foil dinners and even enjoyed a smore or two.
David sent me this picture (below) from his phone.
What a beautiful picture and great father and son time.
(I won't mention that this was the same night Oliver went into the ER. No hard feelings, promise.)
