2. I am thankful for David

This last year or two have been really challenging for us.  I am thankful for a husband who love me and loves our family.  I am thankful for his faith and for his dedication to providing for us.  I am thankful for his courage to try new things.  I am thankful that he listens to the Spirit and follows promptings.  I am thankful for wonderful memories that we have together.

He reminded me recently of a clause in his patriarchal blessing that says 'you will find and marry a lady who loves you as she loves the gospel.'  I do.
